Did you just buy or build a new home? Are you a new renter?
Required Items
To set up your utilities account, West Point requires the following items:
HOMEOWNERS
- Application (Click the link above)
- A $60 deposit/set-up fee - If and when you move out of your home, this deposit will be applied to your final bill.
- A copy or visual verification of the FIRST PAGE of your Closing Disclosures (usually included with your closing documents - We need this in order to verify the closing date, property address, and the buyer's and seller's names)
RENTERS
- Application (Click the link above)
- A $100 deposit/set-up fee - If and when you move out of your home, this deposit will be applied to your final bill.
- A copy of your lease agreement page showing your name and the name of the homeowner or property manager. This is used to verify move in date and property address.
Once we receive your application, we will set up your account and deliver any garbage cans, as necessary. You will receive your first bill on the first of the month following your move in date. Once you have received your bill you can use our online payment portal to pay and set up automatic payments if you wish. If you have any questions, please call us at 801-776-0970.
